Grosvenor-Strathmore Joint Development Project
Updated: 4/7/2026
Advisory Effective: Aug 4, 2025 – Jan 1, 2028
As of August 4, 2025, the ground floor parking spaces (20 spots located along the southern side of the parking garage wall) will be closed until January 1, 2028, to facilitate construction activities.
The sidewalk situated to the south of the parking garage will be permanently closed, with temporary sidewalks being provided by the developer. Customers are currently using the pedestrian detours to access the temporary sidewalk.
The South Kiss & Ride lot will be temporarily closed from August 4, 2025, until January 1, 2028, also due to construction activities.
On November 10, 2025, Metro began construction on the Grosvenor-Strathmore Joint Development project. The project will transform underutilized land into a vibrant, mixed-use development by building “The Reserve,” a senior living facility that will add to the community fabric of Strathmore Square. The structure will be twenty stories tall with two hundred and seven residential units to include a multi-level, underground parking garage and several amenities for future senior residents.
